| Heat Wave or Not, the Training Goes On! | The unusually hot summer weather with temperatures in the high 90s did not stop trainees of the digital literacy center in Saratov from attending the Digital Literacy course in Computer Basics.
All the trainees plunged into work with great enthusiasm and by the end of the first day tried taking some of the tests for various training modules, which in itself became an additional incentive for them to continue and use the remaining time of the training for maximum benefit. The group consisted of high school and college graduates who had no computer skills and thus required one-on-one consultations throughout the course. After two days of the training the entire group (with the exception of only one trainee) completed the course successfully. The alumni are happy with their achievement; they hope that the new skills will stand them well in securing and retaining adequate employment.
